We offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client.

Training plans are put in 1/2 weeks in advance.
Each micro cycle is based on feedback from weekly catch up meetings to review progress. Data from Training Peaks will also inform the next micro cycle.
Plans will operate across macro and meso cycles and will include phases such as base/foundation, build, peak, race and maintenance.
These will be mainly built around the athletes A races. A polarised approach will be adopted.
Strength sessions will be available for all athletes, again depending on the stage of the season. The weekly review meetings will be critical to get feedback and the plan will adjust where required. Feedback will also be encouraged on Training Peaks following sessions.
There will also be a WhatsApp group where helpful information will be shared.

If you have been inspired by my story and our approach, and would like to give triathlon a go, please get in touch. Triathlon has been an integral part of my physical and mental health for many years. From weight loss in the early 2000s, to helping me recover well from my accident in 2018.
